Saski Partners is an independent corporate finance advisory firm focusing on M&A and financing in equity and debt markets in Poland as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
Our three founding partners - Krzysztof Opawski, Dominik Olszewski and Tomasz Pasiewicz - all have backgrounds in international investment banking and had been working as a team since 1997. We have a broad and unique range of advisory and transaction experience gained in Warsaw and London. In 2011, Saski Partners was joined by the fourth partner, Zbigniew Rogóż, who has contributed rich experience in corporate banking, working before in Bank Handlowy and Bank Millennium.
In 2011, Saski Partners joined Corporate Finance International, a network of leading boutique investment banks specializing in cross-border acquisition, divestiture, capital raising, and related services, enabling it to reach companies and investors worldwide.
Our partners have provided advice on a range of transactions (M&A, equity and debt financing, restructuring) to industries ranging from banking, utilities, metals, mining, industrials and telecommunications to media and FMCG.
Our in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Polish economy and companies' needs stems from a decade of experience in international financial markets operation, first working for Schroders, Europe's largest independent investment bank in 1990s, and then Citigroup, as well as Bank Millennium.
Before setting up Saski Partners in 2007 we advised together on over 100 transactions worth a total of more than €30 billion.
