It was formerly known as The Microfinance Bank of Georgia, JSC and changed its name to JSC ProCredit Bank in 2003. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia. JSC ProCredit Bank operates as a subsidiary of ProCredit Holding AG.
