Seven Energy is an indigenous Nigerian oil and gas exploration, development, production and distribution company with a vision to be the leading supplier of gas to the Nigerian domestic market for power generation and industrial consumption. We aim to achieve this by developing our upstream and midstream business portfolios to create long-term sustainable growth. Our business model is designed to capture the value chain from our upstream exploration, appraisal, development and production assets, through to our midstream activities comprising ownership of processing and distribution infrastructure, and marketing to end users. This model is supported by an experienced Board and senior management team, high standards of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility and underpinned by robust operational and financial controls. Headquartered in Lagos and London, Seven Energy has an upstream reserves and resources base of in excess of 350 MMboe, midstream processing capacity of 200 MMcfpd, gas pipeline network of 260 km with distribution capacity of 600 MMcfpd and long-term gas sales agreements in place to supply over 1.3 Tcf of gas to the domestic Nigerian market. In Nigeria, Seven Energy operates through its wholly-owned and principal subsidiaries, Seven Exploration & Production and Accugas.
